1. Estimated shipping time
- Japan → Vietnam route: 2 – 5 business days from the warehouse departure date in Japan.
- Vietnam → Japan route (clean cargo): 5 – 7 business days, on the fixed Saturday flight.
- Vietnam → Japan route (mixed cargo): 7 – 10 business days, on the fixed Friday flight.
- Japan → Philippines route: 5 – 7 business days from the warehouse departure date in Japan.
- Note: The above timeframes may be extended in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, or customs clearance delays due to unscheduled inspections.
2. Packaging standards for goods
- All goods sent to the Tiximax warehouse must be packaged in accordance with international standards.
- Fragile items (glass, ceramics, electronics) must be packed in wooden crates or wrapped with thick shock-resistant bubble wrap before being received into the warehouse.
- Tiximax offers a paid reinforcement service (new carton boxes, foam padding, wooden crating) to ensure maximum safety during international shipping.
3. Last-mile delivery
- Japan → Vietnam: once goods reach the Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City warehouse, Tiximax confirms the delivery address and hands the shipment to a domestic courier; domestic charges are paid by the customer directly to that courier.
- Vietnam → Japan: the rate already covers import tax and domestic delivery inside Japan — the customer simply receives the parcel at their address.
- Japan → Philippines: domestic delivery charges inside the Philippines are paid by the customer directly to the local courier.
- The customer is responsible for inspecting the external condition of the package before signing to accept it from the delivery staff.
