A guide to tracking your TIXIMAX shipment in real time from the overseas warehouse all the way to your door, using your Order Code or Phone Number.

Step 1: Get your order code or phone number ready
Your order code (e.g. TXM-8849) is provided directly by Tiximax on your Dashboard or in automated emails. You can also use the phone number registered with your order for a quick lookup.

Step 2: Open the Order Tracking page
Go to the TIXIMAX Tracking page, enter your order code or phone number in the search bar, and click "Track".

Step 3: View your order status and journey
The system instantly shows detailed real-time tracking information — from the overseas shipping warehouse, through customs clearance, to domestic delivery in Vietnam.

Step 4: Contact support if needed
If your order status hasn't updated in a while or you have any other questions, contact our support team directly with your order code via Zalo OA/Hotline for immediate assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find my order code?
Right after paying for a personal-shopping order or confirming a consignment order, your order code will appear on your personal Dashboard and be sent automatically by email.
How often is the journey updated?
The journey is scanned and updated automatically as your package passes each checkpoint (received at overseas warehouse, dispatched, loaded onto the flight, landed, customs clearance...).
