1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all customers using TIXIMAX Co., Ltd.'s purchase-on-behalf, auction-on-behalf, international shipping, customs clearance, and warehousing services. By using our services, customers agree to all the terms below.
2. Service Process
All orders are processed through the following flow: Request received → All-inclusive quote in VND → Confirmation and payment → Service execution → Delivery. TIXIMAX Co., Ltd. commits to providing a quote within 1 business hour of receiving complete information.
3. Pricing and Payment
TIXIMAX Co., Ltd. does not charge any hidden fees beyond the confirmed quote. Payment is made via domestic bank transfer. The quoted price is an all-inclusive price in VND, covering the product price, service fee, international shipping fee, and customs clearance fee (if applicable).
4. Prohibited and Special-Handling Items
- TIXIMAX Co., Ltd. does not ship the following items: weapons, explosives, substances prohibited under Vietnamese and international law; obscene materials; counterfeit or copyright-infringing goods; cigars.
- For Laptops, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches: customers are asked to contact Tiximax in advance before placing large-quantity orders so we can advise on and confirm shipping feasibility.
- Phones: limited to a maximum of 10 units per week per customer; each phone must be packed individually in its own box.
- (Vietnam → Japan route only) Clean cargo does not carry food, cosmetics or medicine. Tobacco is accepted conditionally; meat products, seeds, fruit, cosmetics and medicine are accepted at the Vietnam end, but clearance into Japan is not guaranteed.
- Customers must self-declare product values according to the current surcharge schedule and provide the order bill/invoice as supporting documentation when needed.
- For other items not listed in the catalog, or for high-value items, customers should confirm with Tiximax’s customer support team before booking the service.
- Special-handling items (cosmetics, functional foods, electronics containing lithium batteries, cold-chain goods) require advance consultation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their goods.
- For fragile or dent-prone goods, customers should discuss appropriate packaging requirements with the seller in advance. Tiximax offers additional reinforcement (new carton boxes, foam padding, wooden crating) under the current surcharge schedule if requested by the customer or if the original packaging does not meet safety requirements (see Shipping Policy, Section 2, for details).
5. Complaints and Compensation
TIXIMAX Co., Ltd. processes complaints within 3–5 business days. The maximum compensation amount equals the declared value of the goods, not exceeding the insurance limit of the shipping carrier. Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. All disputes are settled at the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
