Product Categories with Surcharges
Certain product types fall under separate surcharge categories (e.g. cosmetics, electronics, luxury goods, high-value items).
Oversized Cargo (DIM Weight)
When a parcel is large but lightweight, the system automatically applies a volumetric weight conversion in place of the actual weight.
Weight Rounding Rules
To streamline customs clearance and cover the minimum shipping cost per flight, any parcel under 1kg is rounded up to 1kg. Above 1kg, the weight is rounded to 1 decimal place (e.g. 2.04 kg → 2 kg; 2.05 kg → 2.1 kg).
Packaging & Inspection Requests
Extra fees for customer-requested services such as impact-resistant wooden crating, bubble wrap padding, or detailed item-count inspection.

Tiximax finalizes all tax rebate filings for the month.

Result Notification
Customers are notified of the approved rebate amount.

Payment
Tiximax completes payment once reconciliation is finished.
Tax rebate filings submitted after day 25 roll over to the following month's settlement period. The invoice must be issued to Tiximax's company details, or the buyer information left blank.
